Hi everyone!!
I was just thinking last night about piercing my lips... i saw few of my friends who have pierced their lips and asked them ,... does it irritates you?? ... they say they are used to it!!

Does anyone here pierced their lips,. if yes than how exactly does it feels...
M looking forward for a diamond !! Hope this is a good idea!!

I used to have a pierced lip and had to give it up after three years as it was rubbing my gumline and would have led to dental problems down the road. Placement and what type of jewelry you wear are really important if you want to avoid any dental snafus.

Other than that, it doesn't really feel any different than any other body piercing. Hurts to get pierced, sore a bit when healing, strange until you are used to it and then it just seems like it was always there after a while.

Oh! my sister has one but apparently after one year she was asked by the dentist to remove it since she has irritations.

At first it will irritate you..But after that you will get use to it. :)

Actually irritations from lip piercings are not always something that you just get used to. Sometimes it is a sign that the piercing is causing dental damage and you shouldn't just ignore discomfort from a lip or tongue piercing as something that will go away over time.
