Today I found a great new place in Northwest Indiana, Big Franks Polish Deli & Restaurant, at 1417 Carroll Street, East Chicago, Indiana, 219-378-9556. A sausage maker, like those you had in Poland. It could save you a trip to Chicago, to get the best. He makes several types of both fresh and smoked sausages, and other Polish food items. I took a sampler platter of his smoked sausages and some chees, to a Polish meeting yesterday, and all love them. If you do give it a try, and I hope you do, since you will also, love all his items, ask for Stan, and tell him Mike told you to stop by, for extra special service. After you try, let me know what you think, and I am sure, you will be as happy as I am.

Barb, I now get you review, every copy, and enjoy it very much, and got to meet you once, face to face, in Portage, when our Polish group had a booth, and you can in.
This man, Stan, is, like I said, Polish born, and is very hard working, and would enjoy your visit, as would you, I am sure. Let me know how it goes, after, and what you think of his products. We need to try and help our own, more so, when in our area, with a great product.
