Hey all,
It's holiday time and I'm wondering what long time recipies you will be substituting for a healthier version this year?

A healthy food guide is to allot no more than three ounces, cooked, per person. Remember to use the leanest ground beef that you can - healthy food recipes often leave this part out but you can also use regular ground beef and rinse the cooked beef before returning it to the pan. It may take a few minutes longer but you will make your meal healthier by removing as much grease and fat as you can! also there is lot of way on capitalfoodcoachin(dot)com !!

Pumpkin itself is quite low in calories and is a healthy holiday food. Pumpkin pie, however, becomes a high-calorie food because it's made with eggs, sugar, evaporated milk and baked in a high-fat pie crust.

Sure Pumpkin is incredibly rich in vital anti-oxidants and vitamins. Very low in calories yet good source of vitamin A, flavonoid poly-phenolic antioxidants like leutin, xanthins and carotenes.
