Ha, ha, I'm glad someone else knows about their Higher Self! Nice article, Lauren! Thanks for mentioning the meditation site also. If I didn't listen to my Higher Self I would make myself sick, I'm not at all comfortable with the thought of straying. Of course I had plenty of trial and error leading up to that point of surrender to the quiet voice within.

Amen to that one, sister! I've learned that ignoring that small, still voice within is a great way to predict future emotional hurricanes headed my way - Yikes!

This is a very healthy view of self (ego/individuality) & HS. It's great to see this being discussed. Just posted an article I wrote about this.
