I came accross a avocado chocolate mousse recipe. First of all i was like ewwwww that couldnt be right. So I decided to try it anyway being brave, and it turned out I loved it, and its quite healthy:

The recipe had
advocado, cacao powder (super food - its great for you!), dates and hazelnutes. Its beautiful, and sweetened pretty well with the dates, but if you find its not sweet enough for you, add some maple syrup which is low GI.

I thought I would share it because we all love our chocolate treat but doesnt mean our hips do, this one is healthy and declicious. If anyone tries it let me know how you go
