Linda, that is so funny about not putting your feet out. My brother and I used to say, "Anything hanging over the edge of the bed is fair game for the monster under the bed!"

After watching the Unborn I made sure my feet were safely tucked in at all times. LOL

PS: Does anyone think it would help if I put a sign on my bedroom door that says:

"Off limits to all demons." ??? laugh

Then maybe I can watch the Unborn again from the beginning. smile

HA HA... okay Phyllis, as long as you liked it... you did like it, right? BWA HA HA HA....

Linda, I LOVE horror movies too!! I like horror movies with happy endings though - and I was just gonna rattle off a couple that I didn't think have happy ending, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone who loves shocking endings LOL!

And YES!! Even the other night I found myself tucking my toes safely under the sheets when they were hanging out over the bed just the teeniest bit LOL!

How can a horror movie have a happy ending? confused

Hey - I just got a great idea. I can make some anti-demon socks to protect my little feet. Then I can watch horror movies, maybe even the Exorcist again....hmmmm - NO! not that one!

Toes are the fairest game and the tastiest, Deanna. eek

LOL Those monsters under the beds have a lot to live up to. Funny how 'under the bed' can be as scary as the dark!

Send me a pair of those anti demon socks please Phyllis!

Wow! maybe I can start selling them and make good money that way.

I wonder if that creepy old man in Unborn will go away if I wear the socks...? He just keeps coming back!

Well then send me some of those anti-demon socks Phyllis!!!

I've always wanted to see the latest Exorcist movie, which is supposed to be the beginning of it all. I just haven't managed it yet LOL. Though I just found Exorcist Dominion on instant play on Netflix. Hmmmm..... Nope... I don't need to be watching another movie just yet LOL!

LOL - this was a funny read. Yeah, 'The Unborn' Phyllis smile I knew as soon as you mentioned the old man with his head on the wrong way LOL.

I haven't watched the whole thing myself yet I don't think. I remember seeing that part though.

Deanna, I completley agree about horror films having happy endings. There's LOADS of horror films now Phyllis where the evil wins over in the end and everyone dies. The last decade has been full of these type of horror movies. I loved lots of eighties/70's/90's etc. movies where you always had at least one survivor and they would let the good win over the evil. They're really just morality tales a lot of the time - so I think it's important that good wins. I remember being shocked the first time evil actually won - now I'm shocked if good wins LOL.

I can't watch 'The Exorcist' movies (the unborn borrowed that old man scene from Regan's spiderwalk didn't they? LOL) They creep me out so much. My mums banned them from her house anyway - the twice she watched the Exorcist someone died, my best friends mum banned it for a similar reason in their house too. Creepy stuff.

I used to be terrified of putting my foot out over the bed as a kid too. Do you remember the eighties kids cartoon 'Dungeons and Dragons' where a load of teens went on a rollercoaster through to another world and they all had special powers and pet unicorn named Uni? Well, there was this one episode, and in it - there was a monster that grabbed children bu their feet if they were hanging over the bed and he'd take them to another dimention where they were slave labour for this monster LOL. They all got saved, but it scared me so much LOL. Kids cartoons haha. I loved it though smile

I never saw the 'Dungeons and Dragons' cartoon. It sounds delightful - except for the "foot grabbing monster". I am very careful not to let my feet get in that kind of danger. When I was a kid, there were times when if I wanted to get out of bed at night, I would stand on my bed and jump as far as I could so as not to have my feet grabbed. That sounds pretty paranoid -- but, when one has two older brothers who love to hide under the bed just to scare you, it is not as paranoid as it seems.

The Unborn really was a good movie, if I could just edit out that old man. LOL
