The cheapest way to build a good first aid kit is to watch the sales, collect your coupons, and build your kit slowly.
The 'kits' out there are hugely overpriced and almost useless, being mostly bandaids and disposable packets of necessities like neosporin. They should be honest and just call those "boo boo kits."
