MOVIE REVIEW OF 'THE WARD'

I've just reviewed 'The Ward' by director John Carpenter ('Halloween', 'The Thing', 'The Fog') It's his return to horror with a break from 2001.

The film stars Amber Heard, in a nearly all female cast, as Kristen, a new patient in a psychiatric ward, suffering from amnesia. Soon her fellow patients go missing one by one, in this suspence filled who-dunnit. Can she get to the bottom of the mystery before the ghastly ghost seeking revenge comes after her?

I quite liked this movie, even though it was more of a thriller than a horror as advertized. The cast are really strong and Carpenter keeps you guessing untill the end. Has anyone seen it? If not - check it out!
