I think that if a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't worth bothering with. I'll bet that they have a small fee to let you in on the "secret code."
NOBODY gives secrets to let somebody else make easy money. They save the money for themselves or let a close personal friend in on the secret. Save your time and money. No need to give it away to a scammer.
