Hi Sadhana,

Your coolers sound really delicious and I will attempt to get the ingredients here in now very hot Mexico to try them out, especially the watermelon, pomegranite (we have a pomegranite tree in our courtyard) and mango ones.
I was wondering as I really like and use fresh ginger a lot, how do you think your mango cocunut cooler would be with ginger- perhaps substituting it for the cardamom which I do not think is available here?

The best Indian cooler is Lassi. It refreshes you both mentally and physically. Try it once.

Hi Sadhana,

Tried your Mango and Coconut cooler recipe this weekend, and it was absolutely delicious.

Made it into a smoothie this morning with yoghurt, and once again a hit.......and a wonderful start to the day.

Will also try the Minty Ginger cooler once the mint has taken off in the garden, not many leaves at the moment, and am looking forward to it, so thanks for posting the recipes.
