Hello! I would appreciate ANY input on this! :-) I have started a newborn - 3 mth old dress. I have already completed the top part (the yoke side) and am now moving to the skirt part of the dress. I am only on Rnd 1 and am already stuck lol First off, does anyone know what it means when it says "Rnd 1 (RS)" vs. "Rnd 3 (WS)"...what's RS and WS???
Ok, so the instructions say:
Rnd 1 (RS): Ch 3 (half of underarm ch), now working on opposite side of foundation ch on first yoke, sl st in each ch across, ch 6 (underarm ch), now working on opposite side of foundation ch of 2nd yoke, sl st in each ch across, ch 3 (2nd half of first underarm ch), join in first ch, do not turn. (12 chs, 38 sl sts).
I have researched sl sts and I get it, but I always see something with sc or dc across....not sl sts acrossed. I am so confused... I am guessing this is a little more complicated b/c it's the underarms! This is the first dress I am doing..maybe should have picked a less complicated one? I am determined..so PLEASE!!! Any help would be great!!!! You can also email me!!!
