Rick Scott's desire to see drug testing for welfare recipients in Florida seems to make sense. Why is everyone upset about it? He wants to drug test applicants for state jobs and randomly test those already employed. Yet there is the ACLU, at it again...is there something wrong with enforcing law???? It's against the law to take drugs!

LOL Stephanie, they will only do what they are already doing with their probation officer. Using someone else's specimen to pass their drug tests. I ride on the city bus and use to work with juveniles in Orlando, Florida. Now I understand how criminals continue to do drugs and other illegal stuff.
