Very well said. One of the best health tips is to eat well. Don't ever starve yourself, but don't overeat. Also drink lots and lots of water.

i think moinsparfum above has it right. If you are eating healthy and exercising regularly and getting good sleep it will do you well and can reverse how old you may look. I make sure I have mental balance through yoga and meditation
