I was at the drugstore and came across and buy one get one free Revlon Just Bitten Lipstain and + Balm. This is a great product for summer! The lipstain is long lasting and also comes with balm on the other side of the stain so it stays on all day. The Just Bitten colors I bought, Beloved and Twilight, look exactly like your lips are flushed. If your lips are dry, make sure you add the chapstick after the lipstain. I bought this lip stain in Crave. It was okay, but it bled a little and would do this weird thing where little chunks of darker color would appear. I ended up only wearing it a few times, but had to constantly check my lips in the mirror to make sure it still looked tidy.

Revlon Just Bitten Lip stain and Balm is not any great lip stain and balm.... The lip stain doesn't go into the creases of your lips and didn't make them fuller... Better than that is Revlon Super Lustrous Lip-Gloss is amazing! It has great consistency. The only downside of this product is that the colors are darker than they appear so beware use it in low quantity....

Prices vary, depending on where you shop. I saw a few online and prices were between $6.00 and $8.00 at various online stores.
