I'm having some trouble by finding Kimahri's spirit lance, and i hope someone can help me!

one part of getting it is summoning all the quactuar's from the quactuar stone at the thunder plains.

well, its like this: First press the square button next 2 the 3 glowing cactuar stones in the Thunder planes. Then a ghost should appear ( a ghost of a cactuar) near the saving sphere in the south. ( hes transparant so pay attention, walk around and keep ur eyes open. Follow the ghost 4 a while and he will lead u 2 a ruined tower on the eastern edge of this part. press square and the chest will apear

Sigil:
between the pillars on the last part of MT-gagazet

now i have been runing around Thunder Planes 3 times, but i can only find 2 of the cactuar stones, so i would appreciate an detailt explanation for the 3 cactuar stones. i already have the sigel and the crest!

I was just wondering! is it possible to mis Kimahri's ultiamte weapon?
(hope not)

As far as I'm aware, it's impossible to MISS any of the Celestial Weapons.

I got the majority of mine after I came out from the last Save Point in the game.

It's just a nightmare to get some of the Crests/Sigils... (see Kimahri and Lulu, possibly Wakka)

I don't think it is possible to miss this one.
You have to press the square on three cactuar stones, (I don't think they stay lit up, but as long as you activate them) Then the ghost of the cactuar shows up. Kimari's weapon is in the south part of Thunder Plains. Follow the ghost to the fallen tower, it's on the right side and once you've found the fallen tower press the square button, Then you should be able to get his weapon. :rolling:

cactuar stone 1 - walk out of rin's travel agency then go north, just to left of you is the first stone.
cactuar stone 2 - continue north towards the save sphere, just to the left of the save sphere is another stone.
cactuar stone 3 - from the save sphere stay to the right of the screen and continue north again. you should be able to see the next stone.
