I am still working on not getting these (lol). But I am PROUD to say I really cannot remember when I last got one. The trick is to back up from whatever tension is around in order to avoid the pain taking over. Now I pay attention to when my body starts to "tense" up = RED light, stop and rethink whatever is facing me. Sometimes it is easier said than done, but I so hate pain and do not do well with pain. I still marvel that I actually had a child(lol), but note, I only did it ONE time. Hats off to women who have more than one!!!! Yikes
