Foods are what mostly trigger my migranes. My diet also says no pickled or fermented foods.

I have a friend who has the same trigger, conniem. If she eats anything pickled, bam - giant headache.

It's not fun to have to police what we eat, but if it helps, that can make it less of a hassle. smile

The other day my husband had bought some robin's eggs. I hadn't had chocolate in forever and they were so good. I ate a couple of handfuls and in 15 min I had a killer migrane. I guess chocolate is just one of those things I can't ever eat anymore!

i heard that omega 3 fatty acids that are present in fish oil is good for migraine headaches. i try to consume as much fish as i can (2x/week) but if sometimes i just take omega 3 fish oil caps to make sure i get the right balance everyday. it has decreased the intensity of headaches so far. :)
