Can you recommend any great hot spring day spas in the Denver/Boulder area? We're looking for a place where we can get a mineral soak, get a massage and maybe a skin treatment too. We don't want Miraval or Canyon Ranch prices but we also don't want cheap and nasty like the Indian Springs place. Any suggestions?
Hmm, know what you mean about Indian Springs - it's a bit motel-like, and then some.
Have you considered Hot Sulphur Springs Resort? It's been around since the 1920s so has a neat history -- but you've got to like oldl country charm -- it's NOT a five-star pampering deal
On the other side of the state in Telluride and Ouray there are hot springs. I've never been to them, but Telluride is a bit upscale, so there might be a nice spa there.
