In his book, Dreamgates, Robert Moss takes us through the strange inner landscapes that make up our dreaming world. Read my review of Dreamgates and see why it's one of my favorite books on dreaming.

Dreamgates sounds great, and right up my ally. I just finally saw Inception this past weekend, and it blew me away (I know I am finally the last person in the country to see it, but we never go to the movies, we just wait for Netflix!) I know alot of movies have explored this idea of lucid dreaming, and dreams within dreams, etc. but this was really well-done I thought, and very shamanic also in its approach...like Waking Dreams but a better story...

Lisa, I loved Inception. I happened to watch "Dreamscape" with Dennis Quaid {from the 80s}, and actually liked its story line better - more believable. Of course the special effects could not compare LOL! And it was weird seeing someone run to find a pay phone to make a call HA HA HA!

I came away from seeing Inception with mixed feelings. I thought some of it good, some of it clever, not fully convinced - the film did not completely draw me in.

Have not seen Dreamscape Deanna - it feels as if the timescale in which films, books and TV series can date is getting faster and faster...
