Female hair loss happens to more than 20 million American women every year, but it is not often talked about. Here are some simple methods you can use to relieve the factors causing the hair loss.

Hi Samantha:

I am so GLAD to see your post and you are so right, it is taboo to admit to losing any hair as a female. I am now 52, 53 in a few months and I notice my front edges are trying to leave me (lol). From my own research online and talking to women I come across (thank goodness they were willing to share) - as we age, the gray is coarser and easy to break. Also, alot of women love to wear the famous "ponytail" (and I am one) but that only stresses out what is left of your precious hair. So with this said, no more "ponytails" for me frown Talk later...

Thanks Samantha for your post. I think every second woman or better to say every woman is suffering from hair loss.
It was great reading your article.
