Hey Mona. There are 3 different ways you can spell that word. They are chifferobe, chifforobe, or chiffrobe.

Duvet is used a lot in the UK. I've got them on all our beds. It's like an eiderdown, except it doesn't have to be feathered. Hey, maybe eiderdown is a word people don't use anymore. I don't think I've heard it in ages. And, of course, there are "duvet days." Duvet Days Explained
