Hi Everyone:

I know when I am "grieving" for the loss of a loved one or a pet, sometimes I want to talk and sometimes I don't. The trick is to figure out when you need to talk to someone that is grieving or leave them alone.

How do you handle this?
Or how do you handle your grief?

Thanks,

How do you deal with a bereaved friend or family member?
