Hi Ive been dating my boyfriend for several months and we are sexually active. I have run into something that I have never experienced before. Discomfort/pain during sex, mainly on insertion and when he pulls out. We have tried lubes like KY and more recently a slightly thicker lube but there is still alot of friction. He is about average size, probably a bit less,...but the head of his [censored] is very large and wide compared to the width of his shaft. It really sticks out along the ridge. He is also circumcised, and it looks like it was done further back than usual and it makes it so the skin on his shaft is really tight and doesnt move at all when he has an erection. Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions?

First, see a doctor, yes you! Make sure your o.k. It may be something as simple as you don't have have discharge. This is your natural lubication your body produces. There is meds for this. You also want to make sure you don't have a small sis or something. If you do, this can be removed. If you are fine and have normal discharge then maybe it could be due to his shape as you explained. How old are you? Women who go through mentopause, will have this same problem because there body does not produce discharge no longer.
