Passover will be here soon and I always feel like I just don't know enough about the restrictions. Like last year, a non-Jewish friend asked me "what's up with the kosher for Passover Coke?" So I has to go ask someon - first time I knew that corn syrup is prohibited. Does anyone know a good on-line reference for being educated about Passover food? Thanks!

The Ou has a pretty good Kosher for Pesach reference section on the oukosher.org web site. I know the Rabbinical Assembly (Conservative) also has a Kosher l'Pesach guide. I'll dig that up and get ack to you!
