Nice tips you provided. I'm used lemon juice before, but not worked for me. Hope the other methods will help. Thanks for your good work here...

Green vegetables carrots apples bananas avocado Drink water daily, use good professional skin products. Get good night's sleep.Vitamin E supplement is also extremely beneficial. I would also suggest that drinking in excess and smoking are major factors in ageing skin. more youthful recipes http://bit.ly/eJrx3a Cynthia

Once a wrinkle is there it doesn't go away no matter how hard you scrub or cream it. Wrinkles are part of life and I am proud of every one of mine!

You can help prevent them by staying out of the sun and by not frowning or screwing up your face so much, but then it looks like you've had botox.

I am not one for using anything made of chemicals so I stick to coconut, almond, argan and wheatgerm oils. They don't stop the wrinkles but they do make you skin supple and soft.

Oh yes and lots and lots of water.

To avoid wrinkles, it's necessary to eat right and have regular massage of the face. Frowning really contributes to having wrinkles so it's better to smile often. Also, cigarette smoking shouldn't be done.
