This week I have stopped putting sugar in my tea so it is not as sweet!

Many people do not sweeten their tea~ can add a bit of lemon, or honey to sweeten for an alternative.

i always put honey in my coffee but only milk in my tea, if its green tea i drink it straight. i like herbal teas as well mary .

It's snowing here, for maybe only the 2nd time this winter, and while it's not a lot, it's still cold! I found this thread and it immediately inspired me to go make some tea. So, I'm raising my pretty rose cup and wish you a blessed & joyful day!
