I came accross something great through my mother today, as she recieved an email with something in it called the gratitude journal.
Its an ebook which can be printed out, and is meant to be conducted over thirty days, but can be used continuously after this point.
Once printed out, it asks you at the beginning of each day to write down a few aspects in the areas of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual that you feel grateful for in your life.
It can be simple things such as for physical "I am grateful to have strong legs which help me walk to where i need to be" or for emotional "I am grateful that I am able to stand up for myself".
Simple things that you can be grateful for at the beginning of each day are a great way to start the day. I am going to conduct in this and see how it effects postively on my life. I encourage you also, if you find this an interesting concept to participate in such an activity too.
