I remember my mom telling me when I first started wearing make up that I shouldn't wear blue eyeshadow during the day! And I still to this day avoid blue eyeshadow during the daytime lol. Any one else ever get makeup tips from mom that you still follow?

Bright pink lipstick. When I bought my first tube of lipstick, it was a really awful bright pink. I thought it would look great because I liked the color pink. My mom, after laughing at my new look, told me natural was better. And I still agree-and in my huge collection of makeup, you won't find any pink lipstick .
