um, dear, that article is about sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace...it has nothing to do with dating between employees or flirting with coworkers, or whatever you were trying to prove...there is no law against dating in the workplace, it is up to the company to create a policy for themselves....and before you ask, no, I'm not Mexican..whatever that means...and yes, I am happily married to a wonderful man who doesn't work in the same field as my current or future degrees, and, although I have had men, both married and single, flirt with me in the workplace, I have told them very politely that I am happily married and not interested...
That said, back to the actual topic...it IS fairly weird that men don't talk about their kids...I had one guy in my last job not even admit he had kids until I asked about them...and even then, it was stories about the 2 yr old bringing him an empty liquor bottle and calling it "daddy juice".
