I would really appreciate a recipe that will give me the same results as Bojangle or Popeye's Cajun Spicey Fried Chicken.
No matter which recipe I try.....it just doesn't taste the same.

If you soak the chicken overnight in milk, it is moister....add some Tony Cacheres Creole seasoning...play around with the measurements until you get the "right" spicy combo for your taste.
