I LOVED your "Best Time to Lose Weight" article!
I started my weight loss on Christmas eve of last year. I had been "thinking" about it for a while, and then something just hit me--and I knew I was starting that day. Once I got the determination, there was no way I was waiting for Jan. 1st.
While it was only a week before the new year, it was a huge week in that I started making healthy choices and better decisions each day. When Jan. 1st rolled around, I felt great about being a week ahead of the game, not to mention more confident in my new cooking and eating habits.
