Wrinkles are fine lines on the skin surface because of which skin becomes loose and sagging. Factors like improper care, unbalanced diet, and stress results in formation of wrinkles or aging lines. Wrinkles are generally found around the eyes, necks, and even on surface of cheeks. Below are the top 5 Home remedies for Wrinkles: 1. Do a face scrub using various natural home available products like rose water, turmeric, and honey once a week to keep your skin soft and clean. This helps in reducing wrinkles or aging sign. 2. Massage your skin using oils of flax seeds, as it is very effective in getting rid of wrinkles fast. 3. A good facial massage improves blood circulation, reduces wrinkles, tones your skin, and gives a new life to the dead skins. 4. Massage the wrinkles prone area for 10 to 15 minutes with the central part of the pineapple fruit, which is hard or with its fresh juice then wash your face using cold water. It slows down the aging lines. 5. Lemon juice is also effective for reducing fine lines under eyes, neck, and hands. There are also facial exercises you can do to keep the muscles in that area toned. On most of the face the skin is pretty much attached directly to the muscles, thus poor muscle tone leads to wrinkles appearing.

Another contributing factor to eye wrinkles is constant squinting and wrinkles around the mouth can form easily from frowning. Another common one is wrinkles across the forehead that come from furrowing our brows.

An easy solution is to smile more often!

Grapeseed oil is a wonderful, natural moisturizer for your skin that is also effective at minimizing fine lines and wrinkles as well as help prevent acne outbreaks. If you google "health benefits of grapeseed oil" you'll learn a lot more about just how healthy grapeseed oil is for you, both externally and internally.

Does staring at a computer all day help bring on the wrinkles?

Rebecca, I think that holding any facial expression or positioning too long will contribute to wrinkles - the same way that squinting a lot tends to lead to wrinkles around the eyes.

So looking at the computer won't necessarily cause wrinkles, unless you're squinting or concentrating hard and wrinkling up your forehead for a long period of time.
