Okay, I have finally given up on ever being afford to visit a REAL spa (lol). What do you do for your "at home" spa?

Me, I light "aromatic" candles and WARN everyone that unless they are dying or the house is burning down - do not interrupt my soak in the bath.

The only person allowed in is my little sweetie, our Jack Russell Terrier - Jeremiah smile He just sits there and does not talk (lol)

Dear Angela -

I was just thinking about this topic and found your post, so I thought I'd chime in!

It definitely is worth it to take care of yourself. You don't need to go to an outside (expensive!) spa to get that relaxation that your body needs.

A lovely candlelit bath sounds perfect, and you can make your own bath salts for it too!

I have an inexpensive ($10) set of river rocks. They get heated in a pot on the stove. Then they get laid down the sides of your spine. It feels incredibly relaxing to lay there, soft music on, candles flickering, with the stones sending warmth into you.
