fishFor years I did not believe that your mind could influence how your body is feeling. It took me not having any "pain killers" around to know for a fact, it can work.

The same goes for those stories I used to hear about "alternative" ways of healing. Did not believe that, but through personal experience - I am NOW a believer.

Anyone else out there have any thoughts on this subject? Would love to hear them.......

Thank you,

I'm big into this. Breathing and walking is much better for all kinds of issues including anxiety, depression, insomnia, low back pain, etc. The side effects of most drugs are so scary. Not sure why people feel so comfortable taking them vs. just getting some exercise and eating better : )

fishHi Monica, thanks for sharing. Walking is my "therapy" and I can walk for a few minutes or hours - depending on the reason for walking.

I think as more people lose their insurance, they will be forced like I was to figure out "other" ways to deal with their medical issues.

Sometimes "stress" can make you feel like you are having a "heart attack" - which you are not. My daughter went through that and had to learn to "walk away" (when possible) from TOXIC people and situations.

For those times when "walking away" is not possible, she relies on her faith and prays.

Whatever option is taken - chose one that works for you.

Thanks for sharing smile
