Hi Monica, thanks for sharing. Walking is my "therapy" and I can walk for a few minutes or hours - depending on the reason for walking.
I think as more people lose their insurance, they will be forced like I was to figure out "other" ways to deal with their medical issues.
Sometimes "stress" can make you feel like you are having a "heart attack" - which you are not. My daughter went through that and had to learn to "walk away" (when possible) from TOXIC people and situations.
For those times when "walking away" is not possible, she relies on her faith and prays.
Whatever option is taken - chose one that works for you.
