Hi, I have oily skin and that leads to a lot of blackheads. A friend of mine suggested that I exfoliate. I found that there are scrubs made from walnut, crab apple and apricot. Which one of these will be best suited for my skin? Jessie

Apply honey on your face and neck for 15 minutes. Wash it with cold water. Rub a piece of papaya on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Wash your face twice in a day. Apply cucumber juice on face for clear skin and raw potatoes slice on face to remove black spots. Moisturize after cleansing and treatment to ensure your skin maintains a healthy moisture level,it will control ur eexcess oil.

Be careful when using exfoliators on your skin. Make sure it is the right type for the job you are attempting, and you should not be using it regularly. If you use it more than recommended (usually no more than 1-2 times a week) you run the risk of increasing the oil production of your skin and causing harm.

Sometimes just by simply finding and sticking to a new skin care routine you will be able to see an improvement. By skin care routine I am talking about the 5 steps: cleanse, exfoliate, freshen, moisturize and protect.

I have oily skin too. Haven't really found a product to get rid of it I just use those tissues to blot the oil from it every so often throughout the day. I sometimes wash my face with baking soda mixed with facial cleanser.

boil some porridge oats in skimmed milk for a few minutes then strain off the milk? add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the milk and let it cool , dab the milk over your face then sit and let it dry, then rinse with cold water and pat dry. it usually helps. sun light dries up oily skin but you have to be careful not to stay in the sun too long do it in short stints it may help.
