I realize that this has probably been asked a million times but where can I get them?

wings to discovery---bribe malboro in the calm lands or capture all the fiends from i think bikanel island. you get 99 for capturing the fiends. i just went through all the areas and caught all of waht i could, then returned to the monster arena. But I am pretty sure, you get them from the fiends from bikanel.
Winning Formula---I have no idea still trying to figure that one out myself
