I remember wearing all black to the first lolapalozza outdoor concert in Phoenix and I learned my lesson that day about dressing for the venue and the weather and to save my feet.

I wore green khaki shorts, black and white tie die tank, long sleeve white converse shirt, ed hardy's and cowboy hat to see Muse perform outdoors with 8 other bands this summer. Totally comfortable and looked great! We got tons of compliments on our cowboy hats. My boyfriend wore his too with brown khakis cool tee and really beat up sketchers.

Going to see Nickelback next month and not sure what the heck to wear. I know he's going to wear his cowboy boots with jeans and killer guess cowboy shirt. I've seen girls rocking stilletos at these shows but I can't handle it for 2 hours. I want to dress up but not sure what to wear. Help!!!

I only found one site with good rock concert attire pics. So I came up with my own rock concert look. I've been dying to buy a Metal Mulisha tank so finally going to get one!! I'll be using the boots, belt, and jacket for my Halloween costume too.

My only rule is to NOT wear the band's t-shirt. Too LAME. I usually wear my Jimi shirt-- of course. Guess that would be my look. Can't go wrong with that! I agree w/u about heels for sure.

You are too funny but so true that is the cardinal rule. I need to get a Jimi shirt too. Where did you get yours?

I got mine at a place in the Pike Place market in Seattle, but you see them at shops all over. I have another that I've had for years. Try jiggy.com on line if you don't know about it. They have shirts for lots of bands including retro stuff.

Make sure any Jewellery your wearing is costume. Rock concerts are so crowded and you dont want to loose the good jewels in the crush

I think you should have a little fun with your outfit! A rock concert is the perfect time to wear something a little more flashy than you would normally wear. I do some work with CAbi clothing and I think this sequin tube would be so cute to wear to a concert! Maybe you could pair it with skinny jeans and ballet flats which would be way more comfortable than stilettos.

Wear a t shirt, I wouldn't really recommend a jacket or sweater because you're going to be warm anyways, that is assuming several thousand people are also going to the concert. just wear regular panties. If you go crowd surfing, which you might and I recommend, your underwear will show a bit, if it's a thong, guys will grab it.

No kidding Helen. I'm too old and too smart for crowd surfing but I've seen how ugly it can get for girls. Guys will pull their tops down or reach up their skirts etc.

Pants and shirt is definitely the way to go. The concert is this friday. We're starting to get pretty excited!!
