I used to be a spa-junky. Definitely. These days work comes first, but a few years back I was going weekly religiously.

Though I like professional facials and seaweed body wraps, my favorite service is by far the hot stone massage. It really gets me into the mindless-zone and I just love it.

Does anyone else have a favorite - or one that they'd like to try?

Deep tissue massage is my favorite treatment. I don't go nearly as much as I should. I am going tomorrow for a massage, though. I can hardly wait.

I like it all especially the deep tissue massage and the body wraps. Have not been in so long but a facial is definitely my favorite. I used to go to this funky little spa here in town and have an awesome facial that included facial toning. It was so relaxing and I always felt I younger looking after the treatment.

I like Deep tissue massage and seaweed body wraps.

I love ... absolutely love ... all body wraps and myofascial release massage.

Facials and massage are my favorite.

I get a 90 minute massage done twice a month. My therapist adjusts technique for what my body needs that visit.

I especially love her birthday massage.. it's 2 HOURS long! and it's pure heaven!
