how do you mean forgot? (i can't remember where you get it). you don't really need to start the game over, you could always make your own ultimate weapon instead

its on the mi'hen oldroad...the valley road sort of, at the farthest end...near the jecht sphere if that helps..

nah, i still don't remember, lol. its not a weapon you can find that is his second best one, you could customize your own decent weapon for him, although you need to get hold of 60 dark matter to give the weapon Break Damage Limit
