My daughter has asthma, and a few different peak flow meters she uses. She has a Truzone, an Airlife, and I am not sure what the third one is. They all give basically the same readings. I was just wondering if anybody had a preference for one type of meter and why?
Would love to hear answers, I know there must be asthmatics out there as it is such a common condition!

Another great option, for those who like gizmos, is the Piko peak flow meter. This is an electronic peak flow meter that is very accurate. I've used one since visiting National Jewish a few years ago. It's one of the best peak flow meters I've used. It's very small and easy to carry in your purse, backpack or brief case. Really a neat and very helpful little gizmo.

Here's some information at National Jewish about the Piko peak flow meter: Piko Peak Flow Meter
