He was born there during the slavery times so I got a good history lesson from him about the area. The house we are renting is part of several owned by this lady that inherited them. Her house is the "mansion" - beautiful. A nice lady.

He is 56 and I probably used the wrong term as I was born in Jamaica, West Indies. He was born during the times when his mom could not sit with white people, and yes he is black. How old is he???? Slavery has been gone over 100 years?

Ok...that was before the Civil Rights Movement. Makes more sense to me now. He sure did see a lot of change since being a boy, and there's so much more that's needed.

 I agree.Ok...that was before the Civil Rights Movement. Makes more sense to me now. He sure did see a lot of change since being a boy, and there's so much more that's needed.

Will not be walking today or doing exercises. I have a couple of appts. to keep and wanted to get to the boards. Will resume normal body wrenching activities tomorrow..
