We just posted the word MUG which was followed by COFFEE and I was reminded - we have not seen you on our family's walking site recently. Just checking up on you and have my "homemade instant coffee" (missing my Dunkin Donut coffee/too expensive right now for our budget - but there is always HOPE for the future-lol).

I have to RESTRICT myself on the coffee as I rather drink it rather than water, but my body does NOT like all that caffeine.
