tell me where my son is
My only income is SSID- Husband of 16 yrs left me for another- well whatever she is.
I have filed for divorce and a protection order (death text threats)
He has'nt paid a dime since he left June 11th.
He confided in teen son of his affair long before I knew, and made son lie about it.
After that, son became verbally and physically abusive to me.
He went to stay with a friend that comes every year for the summer, for 2 weeks. Then my husband picked him up.
He refuses to tell me where he is. He says my son hates me and never wants to see me again.
I suspect he has my son living with his mistress- who also according to husbands own family has a pill problem.
The judge doesnt sign the po order, we have a hearing the 30th
My therapist and po attorney advise I call CPS. No dice, not a priority.
I have an appt by phone with a pro bono legal firm, but this is my second try. I don't know what to do, I'm devastated.
I suppose I could call the cops, but to be honest with you, where we live, mayberry would be a better option.
Please, anyone, anything. My oldest, my firstborn.
(Dad has epilepsy, and is in a band-hence the mistress, and is gone alot. My son should be here and be in counseling.
