In order to compete to others professional.individual must take or must get advance study of their profession. Like me. Before I become a certified pmp. I find a hard time for looking a job. my salary is not compensating. after I passed the pmp certification exam and became certified. the employee is looking for me and they offer a big salary. certification training will greatly help us.
