Its scary not being able to remeber some words in english. I dont speak much english any more, except when i call my sister. And i just started writing it again for not so long ago. So take in consideration im rusty.

Here is my first QUESTION:

Yes, Flower (PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE) with lots of sugar on it. Wish we lived near by you so we could stop by and taste it. Granny, you "slacking" - where is the SMILEY face - I am crying with disappointment. Okay, let me get something on this thread - won't be as nice as your's (lol).

You take 1/4 in. thick slab of beef (roast it has to be wide enough for a pickle to fit in it).
Spread mustard completely over it ( i use dijour)
Salt and Pepper
A piece of onion
One pickle
Bacon (either a thick piece or two pieces)
Roll and stick with toothpicks to hold together
Fry it fast and on high temp. put it in a caserole dish with lid
Fill half full with water and bake for about 1 and 1/2 hour on meduim oven heat ( can tell you how high because or temps. are differnt here) not to high.
Use the water in dish to make the gravey with starch.
Kartoffel are potatoes
Good luck and enjoy
I have made this in the states befor it taste good but for some reason not the same as here.
