Rev. Wright, I agree walking outside is the best, but when that's not an option the tapes are a good alternative. IMHO the tapes give more of an all over workout.

Hey, how about a SECOND-HAND treadmill? I don't like treadmills and have NEVER bought one - but maybe that is an option? Any ideas anyone for getting a cheap treadmill for our special lady?

Maybe some walking sites may have a "give away" - thrift shops - friends/family who have one gathering dust - garage sales. Let us brainstorm and get her one somehow.

Thanks to you all. I started looking at flea markets, they don�t have garage sales or walmarts here. But they have other stores where i plan on checking this week for some walking dvd�s. I know i will find them.

I also checked in ebay for treadmill but they are just still to much, i�m not giving up hope.
