I have a border collie/Jack Russel terrier cross. Her father was a border collie, and her mother was one of the short Jack Russels (not a Person). She is a strange looking beast, and pretty obsessed with herding tennis balls and cats, but I love her anyways!

I love my little 11-year-old dachshund so much, I can't bring myself to call her a d**. She's my baby and I hate to be away from her for a minute--I even take her in the bathroom when I shower! I know...extreme, but that's me. : )

Hey, our 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier sits in the bathroom while I shower. He is my body guard (lol).

I have a 7 year old male black and tan long-hair dachshund (Corky), a 5 year old female red long-hair dachshund (Cyndar Ellah), a 2 year old male Yorkie (Zed), and my roommate's 15 year old cataract-blind male min-pin (Pistol). All but the min-pin sleep with me. I have to lock the bathroom door to have privacy, otherwise they're all supervising.

We have a Golden Bernard! We adopted her from a very upset Golden Retriever breeder whose dog had an accident with a St. Bernard. The pound has always been our first choice, so this was new to us. We got to meet her parents and have copies of her parents papers. She looks exactly like a Leonberger. We love her to death. She's a 90 lb cuddle bug.

I have a mini schnauzer. She was abused by her previous owners and used to frequently escape from their apartment (so I've been told). She sat outside our window and barked to get our attention. When we openned the door, she came in and has never left. We're proud to say she chose us to be her family, and I love her dearly!

I don't have a dog but my favorite breed is the American Staffishire Terrier. If I ever decided to buy a house I would get 2 or 3 of them. I do HATE the ignorance of the public though when it comes to the breed. Anyone seen the recent new of the dog who saved the kid from bees? The headline read "dog saves kid" but I would bet a million $'s that if the dog had bit the kid the headline would read "pit bull bites kid." Why didn't the headline read "pit bull saves kid?" Really highlights the media bias. The staffies used to be known as Americas nanny dog, how easily people forget.
