I'm curious to know what is the most scale weight and body fat people have lost without the help of supplements, pills, ab gadgets, or scam diet plans.

How long did it take you, how long have you maintained this loss and how did you do it?

23 pounds lost over 2 years; none regained yet @ 6 months out. I do a varied workout consisting of walking on flat & hilly surfaces, a free weight series, some specialized physical therapy exercises and I count calories, sugar, fat, & protein. So fae so good. Danielle

Hey Danielle, that's awesome. Good to know I wasn't the only one that took forever to lose weight (took me 18 months to lose 30) and I've kept it off for 11 years by not counting calories sugar fat or protein. I just focus on clean eating 80% of the time.

Different things work for different folks : ) Some of my clients also count calories and others do not. Thanks so much for sharing.

I gained 66 pounds while being pregnant, i have lost 44 pounds of that awful fat by eating less and just going walking, but it took me 2 years, and i would still love to lose the rest but i�m having a very hard time with the rest, it just does�nt want to leave me, i�m starting to get aggravated over this, i need to be stricter with myself, but something keeps stopping me. Motivation.

The best motivation is a mirror. When you look in it you should like what you see. If not, a person have to do something

Hey flower, it's really just a matter of changing things around a bit. No need to be strict or torture yourself.

Walking is good but you need to add in some strength training and flexibility training now and then and mix up your workouts every 4 weeks so they're not the same all the time. This alone makes a huge difference.

The other thing that matters a lot is quality of food vs. just quantity. You can low calorie yourself to death and it won't matter if that food is not clean and unprocessed your body will continue to resist weight loss.

22 is not a lot and can be lost in 2-3 months if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone with exercise and eating smile
