Hey flower, it's really just a matter of changing things around a bit. No need to be strict or torture yourself.
Walking is good but you need to add in some strength training and flexibility training now and then and mix up your workouts every 4 weeks so they're not the same all the time. This alone makes a huge difference.
The other thing that matters a lot is quality of food vs. just quantity. You can low calorie yourself to death and it won't matter if that food is not clean and unprocessed your body will continue to resist weight loss.
22 is not a lot and can be lost in 2-3 months if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone with exercise and eating
