Hi there

I hope my article can help you:
Basic Aura Color Information

You can also find out more about auras in the subject area:
Auras

Perhaps some others have hints or tips too?

For me, a lot of words in books and theories confused me when I was trying to learn about auras. I think I was trying too hard. I just wanted a simple answer to what I thought was a simple question. How?

The first time I noticed seeing anything, I was looking just past the person, like just over their head or to the right and zoned out,I guess you'd say. Colors started changing from white and blue to purple. Once that happened I looked back at the person directly and tried with some success but still had to zone out a bit and the colors started again.

Through trial and error w/people I knew I learned what the different colors meant as far as moods and illnesses went.

Thanks Elleise. Yes, practical play seems to be giving me a little more of a 'fun' aspect, as I venture into this exciting experience. Did it take you long to be able to 'see' the aura while not zoned out? If someone is moving or the background changes, I seem to lose my vision. Is this just a matter of practice?

I have a question for you. I can't see auras at all . However i smell things (kinda hard to describe but not their perfume or soap or deodrant but kinda under all that kinda stuff). In other words if a person really really stinks to me i do try to avoid them....i usually end up finding out that something was 1 either really wrong physically or 2 something that they did or do that is really wrong to me. .....IS this the same as seeing auras or is this something totally different and if so how the hello do i block this?

Why would you want to block that? I would look at it like a gift. You have an extra heads up.

Because sometimes I feel as I am invading espicially if I try to smell something(one). I do at times feel it is a gift but at other times there are smells that are umm like fingerprints. They belong to one person only. Those particular smells can be pretty invasive feeling and nausating. I want to be able to "smell" when and how far as I want to go if this is making any sense. Like sometimes Ill smell it so strong it takes all of my attention and I want to "dim" that. Ugg I don't know if I am making sense but that you are.

Well i understand much clearer. You want more controll, a fair request.

There are what seem easy rituals to suggest that do filter or block many things out for me. That is by simply grounding myself and put up protection. Just to check do you do that?

I don't usually get a chance to.....sometimes i all have to do is walk by a person. I very rarely try to do it as I can't seem to stop it when it happens. and yes you hit it on the head I want to control it not nessisarily stop it.I have four children and it can be inconvient to take a "sidetrip" sometimes. I try to ground in the morning(after waking fully but before children get up) but sometimes that gets tiring
