BellaOnline Forums Hobbies and Crafts Crochet Myra Wood's techniques

On a recent episode of Knit and Crochet Now, Myra Wood demonstrated some techniques Granny Squares that I'm trying to use. I think I've figured out the magic loop, with the help of online videos. I'm still trying to figure out how she joins the circle and moves to the next round without using the chain stitches at the beginning of the new round. Can anyone explain it to me?

I've tried the website. The tip was in a segment of the show. I may stumble across a repeat of the show because I try to watch it each day it airs (Sun & Wed). Todays was a repeat, but not the episode I want. I'm considering ordering the DVD, but it would not arrive in time for the project I'm making.

Free online videos of the shows, you might be able to find it, unless of course you just want the DVDS hehehehehe
